Simple Homemade Tuna Salad

Our tuna salad today is great on crackers or toast or as a light meal.
The following recipe is how I make mine, but really, there’s nothing set in stone here. Tweak it whichever way you want.
Preps: 5-10 minutes
Serves: 1
You will need:
1 small can tuna in water, drained (120 g)
1 tbsp. plain yogurt/plain Greek yogurt/sour cream
2 tbsp. celery stick, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. pickled cucumber, diced small
1 onion ring, peeled and diced
1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and serve.
