Manna Organics LLC is a family-owned and operated bakery, located in Lisle, IL. The business started out in 2007, with the acquisition of Nature’s Path's sprouted Manna Bread® division.

Manna Bread® owes its ancient origins to the Essenes that once lived near the shores of the Dead Sea, whose legacy survives through the Dead Sea Scrolls and other Aramaic manuscripts:

“…moisten your wheat, that the angel of water may enter it...and the blessing... will soon make the germ of life to sprout... then crush your grain and make thin wafers as did your forefathers...”

All the products from Manna Organics are vegan, kosher, organic and carefully hand-made. The signature product is the fully sprouted Manna Bread® , cake-like, free of salt, no oils, no sweeteners, and no leavening agents. Manna Bread® is moist and delicious, high in protein and fiber.

Manna Organics recently launched a range of nutritiously balanced and delicious gluten free breads, all of which are vegan, kosher and organic, in addition to being certified gluten free.
