Holiday Shipping Guidelines
- There are no deliveries on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
- Adverse weather conditions and high shipping volumes can delay shipments, so please order as early as possible.
- Frozen items normally ship by 1-3 day Ground service, or by 2-Day Air, depending on delivery location (see shipping map and table below). You can also upgrade to Overnight Delivery before 10am Central Time.
- Non-perishable items normally ship by regular Ground service, or you can upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight Delivery. As of the 2nd week of December, Ground service deliveries can take as long as 7-10 days, due to the extra holiday shipping volumes.
Christmas Shipping Schedule - to receive by Friday December 23rd, 2016
- Orders shipped by Ground in the 1st week of December may take 3-8 days.
- Orders shipped by Ground in the 2nd week of December may take 3-10 days.
- Orders shipped by Ground in the 3rd week may not arrive before Christmas Day.
