Homemade Fruit Slushie with No Added Sugar

How about a homemade fruit slushie?

All we need is a handful frozen fruit and water. It’s really simple.

We won’t be adding any sugar. The sweetness will come naturally from the fruit.

Here’s my quick recipe.

Sweetened by: fruit only

Special equipment: stick blender/blender

Preps: 2 minutes
Makes: 1 quart

You will need:
3-4 cups of frozen raspberries, frozen strawberries, and frozen blueberries or any frozen fruit of your choice (all unsweetened)
Cold water

How to make it:
1. A few minutes ahead of time, take the fruit out of the freezer, to let it soften a little.
2. Cover fruit with water. Blend. Serve.

Did you know?
The softer the fruit, the easier it is on the blender, which is why we take the fruit out of the freezer a few minutes ahead of time.
