Homemade Fruit Smoothie with No Added Sugar

Today we’ll be making a fruit smoothie from scratch.
It’s super refreshing, filling, and feels like dessert!
We’re not adding any sugar. We’ll be using ‘nature’s sweeteners’ (and by that I mean ripe banana, ripe peach, and ripe mango…)
Sweetened by: fruit only
Special equipment: stick blender/blender
Preps: 5 minutes
Serves: 3-4
You will need:
1 ripe banana, peeled and broken into small chunks
1 ripe peach, pitted and diced
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
4 ripe strawberries, stems removed
1 ½ cups milk
½ cup cream or plain kefir
A few little squeezes fresh lemon
How to make it:
Blend all ingredients. Serve.
Variations:
Dairy-free: Replace dairy with a non-dairy substitute. Difference in flavor and texture to be expected.
