All our orders are shipped from our specialized fulfilment center in Nebraska. Here’s how we’ll ship your order (to addresses in the continental US*):

Orders for frozen foods are delivered on weekdays only
We’ll try to get your order of frozen foods to you by the Friday after you’ve ordered. If we can’t do that, we’ll wait to ship it the following Monday. We want to make sure it’s on the road for the shortest possible time.
Tracking your order
Soon after your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a link to the tracking page for your shipment. Just click on the link to see when your order is scheduled to arrive, and to track its progress. See Shipping FAQ for more details.

Receiving your order
Your frozen foods should arrive cold or still frozen, and you should keep them refrigerated or frozen.
It's important that you that you place frozen items in a container before defrosting, to catch any condensation or possible leakage. See Receiving orders FAQ for more advice on opening and storing your products after they arrive.
