Ingredients: Sugar (as carrier), freeze drying media (skim milk powder*, sucrose, ascorbic acid), active lactic bacteria (Lb.plantarum, Ln. mesenteroides, Pc. acidilactici).
*The ratio of milk powder in the final cultured products is below trace levels, less than one part per million.
